Lean Body Boot Camp
This isn’t your mama’s aerobics class. Lean Body Bootcamps are intense, self-paced workouts done in a group of equally motivated adults.
Classes are comprised of men and women of varying fitness levels, so you’ll never feel out of place. (Although if you’ve got a competitive spirit, you’ll be doubly motivated.) And the results are guaranteed. If you don’t look and feel better after two weeks of Bootcamp, we’ll give you your money back.
Here are a few other frequently asked questions:
- Will I be able to keep up? You will be pushed to your comfort level — and right beyond it — but we encourage you to take short breaks when you need them, get some water, and jump back in when you’ve recovered. If you’re motivated enough to strap on your sneakers and join us, we’ll take care of the rest.
- Is there a coat check? No... but we will not leave the workout area, so bringing a napsack is fine.
- What do I need to bring? Nothing! It's only one hour...There are bathrooms and water fountains over by the pier. If you want to bring a napsack with water, towel, it will only make you tougher and stronger.
- Should I be scared? Not at all. Class size is limited, ensuring you get personal attention and group motivation.
- What kind of results can I expect? 1 class: An endorphin explosion! You will feel a surge of hope and satisfaction. 1 week: Your metabolism will increase and you will experience an exhilarating boost of energy. 1 month: You will notice the difference in your energy and the way your jeans fit. These exercises create tone muscle and burn about 800 to 1200 calories of fat per session.
- Can I check my Blackberry during the workout? Sure, for 20 extra push ups.
- Can I shower afterwards? There are plenty of clubs (Equinox, New York Sports and Crunch to name three) right in the neighborhood if you belong to one.
- Is this an on-going program? Only through November. So hurry!

- Do I have to be at every session? You don't have to do anything, but the more you make it, the better your results will be.
