men & women: private training

One-on-one training is the best solution for men and women who want to get on the fast-track to fitness. We can work out nearly anywhere that's convenient — even the privacy of your own home. 

One-on-one training is best for people with exceptionally busy lifestyles or for those recovering from injury or surgery or for people intimidated by the gym atmosphere. 

A few questions that people usually have:

  • How fit do I need to be? There is no requirement and there is no judgement. You are taking an amazing step  toward a healthier, happier life just by dropping us an e-mail. Whether you’re in great shape and want to kick it up a notch or have never exercised a day in your life MMF can design a ResistanceCardio™ program for you.
  • Can I afford one-on-one training? This is the most common question we get, and it’s a good one. The typical cost for a one-on-one session is $120/60 min and $150/75 min work-out with Michael. Bring a friend or partner and split the cost!
  • How many times a week do you train? That’s entirely up to you. Some people choose to work out every day with Michael, while others have one session a week and work out on their own in between. We guarantee that if you follow the ResistanceCardio™ program we outline for you, you’ll be well on your way.
